02 Account Registration & Verification

To register with w100, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and any balance may be forfeited.

• Date of Birth (must be 18 or older)

KYC Verification

For security purposes, w100 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal request or upon exceeding certain limits:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (holding your ID)
• Proof of Payment Account Ownership

Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
• You must bet with your own funds — not on behalf of others
• Participation is prohibited if an active self-exclusion is in place

04 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on w100. They are designed to ensure fair and transparent gaming for everyone.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies)
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or technical fault will be considered void
• It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before a match begins
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — only the final accepted odds will apply
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by w100

Bet Limits

Void & Invalid Bets

W100 reserves the right to void a bet under any of the following circumstances:

• If a match starts earlier or later than the scheduled time
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within the specified timeframe
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If evidence of match fixing or irregularities is found

05 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Standard processing time: 2–24 hours
• For VIP Members: 15 minutes to 2 hours

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

W100's bonus program is designed exclusively for our users. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Minimum deposit to qualify for a bonus: ৳500
• Wagering requirement: 12x the bonus amount
• Validity: must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per account/household/device/IP address
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• If bonus abuse is suspected, w100 reserves the right to investigate and void the bonus
• Certain bets (e.g. betting on both teams) may not count towards bonus wagering requirements
• W100 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Set a limit on how much you want to bet within a given time period

• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for 6 months or permanently
